| you'll get. There's only *one* way I'd ever do the harness with the motor in: The hole in the firewall is *blocked* on the inside above the ECU. This is why so many "de-pin" the harness, but that makes it even harder with the motor in. INSTEAD, the metal baffle that is held in place by 2 bolts that's in the way? Take it OUT and the hole will be easy access! How? cut it, cut the bolts, who cares? It's literally a bent piece of tin, who cares. Is it worth it? What's your time worth? They're nothing but a HUGE PITA when you have to figure out why it isn't running right. Pick the year you *want*, not necessarily the one for your Z. (new-style PTU, CAS, injector wires are better and if you have those parts you'll be better off)
